Greetings all, I need to apologize for a mix up in the meeting schedule for our Horizons  Team here in Starbuck, last week.  We are going to have our next Horizons Team meeting on August 12th, at 7 p.m. at Minnewaska Lutheran Home.  I know we have a lot to get ready for the next phase, and we have some paper work and a Horizons Team agreement to get down as well.

Also on August 12th., I am going to spend every Wednesday afternoon in Starbuck.  I will be available to visit with anyone that has an interest in the program, and more importantly Starbuck.  I will be at Daves Doo Wap Coffee Shop, so feel free to stop by for coffee.   As always, feel free to call me any time. Thank-you.

“Steppin’ Up With Older Adult Foot Care”

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

Did you know…Only a small percentage of our population are born with foot problems?  A lifetime of wear and tear, plus neglect, accounts for the fact that the majority of problematic feet are made up of older adults.  You could be one of them!  Join us, along with podiatrist Dr. Amee Gibson, to learn more about common foot concerns and how it can affect your health on Friday, May 29th at 1:00 p.m. at the Minnewaska Lutheran Home Commons.

Don’t forget…the Free Medication Review will be held on Tuesday, July 14.  Participants can sign up by calling Holly at 320-239-2217.
